Bushes by the pergola – agreed gardener to cut back.

In a years time to review the sink fund (surplus in our account)
Clive has offered to paint pagoda and fence around the sewerage area in spring.  He will let us know when to if see free anyone else can support.
More paint will be needed.
Our gas contract  expires  Nov 26 – Paul is stepping down, so we will need a volunteer to pick this item up.
Directors have agreed to be as open and transparent as possible about  expenditures while maintaining appropriate discretion.
It was discussed that it might be sensible for the Directors in the future to provide a priority list and work plan for us all to agree.
